The Bald Hill Project covers an area of 59,000 hectares and comprises of four mining leases, eight prospecting licenses, 8 exploration licenses, a general purpose license, a retention license and other miscellaneous licenses.

The Bald Hill Project is located within the Eastern Goldfields, Province of the Archaean Yilgarn Block, within the Shire of Coolgardie, which is approximately 50 kilometres east of Widgiemooltha, the nearest township.

As of 31 March 2014, the Tantalum Mineral Resources in BHTM site of 3,000 hectares comprises a total Mineral Resource of 2,580,000 tonnes averaging 352 parts per million (“ppm”) Tantalum pentoxide (“Ta2O5”), which includes an Indicated Resource of approximately 2,470,000 tonnes averaging 351 ppm Ta2O5 and an Inferred Resource of 110,000 tonnes averaging 360 ppm Ta2O5. Most of this Mineral Resource is located in the Central Mine Area (North Pit, West Pit, South Pit, Hill’s End and Hill View), and additional Mineral Resources are located at both Boreline and Creekside.

The Company intends to conduct further drilling progams and drill test and evaluate the potential of previously defined geochemical anomalies and untested Pegmatites identified from previous mapping and rock chip sampling.
